Merger proprosal

I propose the merger of this article with SBS Broadcasting. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.152.220.158 (talk) 11:58, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Although the two companies are now merged, SBS was a major player in several European broadcasting markets in the '90s and '00s and has a significant place in the broadcasting history of these countries, which is well enough to justify an article. Since all channels are now run by ProSiebenSat.1 Group this article should me rewritten and concentrate on SBS's history. All post merger information should be moved to the ProSiebenSat.1 Media article.
