Anne Marie Martinozzi (1637 - February 4, 1672) was the Italian-born princess consort of Conti by her marriage to Prince Armand.

Her parents were Girolamo Martinozzi and Laura Margherita Mazzarini, the elder sister of Jules Mazarin, who was Cardinal and Prime Minister during the minority of Louis XIV. Her uncle brought her and her sister Laura to France, as well as her maternal cousins Laura, Marie, Olympe, Hortense, and Marie Anne, in the hopes of securing advantageous marriages for them.

In 1654 she married Armand.

Two of her children reached adulthood: Louis-Armand and François-Louis.
