Editor

My name is Carerra. I have been told that you run the Wikipedia Signpost and that I would like to be one of the editors of the paper. If I cannot, please tell me how I can. Please respond ASAP --Carerra (talk) 21:25, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The link [[/Vanished user|a vanished user]] does not work from Single-Page View. This "allows the user to vanish" more than presumably intended. Should the relative link be made absolute, or should Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Tools/Single/Vanished user be made into a redirect page, just like Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2008-02-11/Arbitration report/Vanished user?  --Lambiam 04:34, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Old logs

I found these old log pages Wikipedia:Deletion log archive/August 2004 (1) and saw this note from you. Should this be updated as its about a year and a half later? MBisanz talk 07:55, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No rush, I don't actually need them for anything. I just know that people come and go from the project and didn't want the info permanently unavailable if your tool were to break in the future. MBisanz talk 17:43, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

WP Signpost

Hi, on the ArbCom section of this week's signpost, you linked "a vanished user" to Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2008-02-11/Vanished user, a non-existent page. I'm confused as to why you did this. Could you please explain? Nousernamesleftcopper, not wood 21:37, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, I just noticed that someone already left you a similar message above. Thanks anyways. Nousernamesleftcopper, not wood 21:38, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Something

If you had broken "something", it would be spelled som ething, or someth ing, or s omething. However evidently since you have spelled it "something", it is still whole, and as everyone knows "if it aint' broke, don't fix it". :o)--mrg3105 (comms) If you're not taking any flack, you're not over the target. 10:56, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images

Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to take more care over stating the correct resolution next time I pick an image out of the Wikibin. Regards, English peasant 13:15, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Signpost

I noticed your call for Signpost editors, and I wondered (1) what varieties of stories or features do you need help on, and (2) how could I be of the most assistance? Cheers, Kakofonous (talk) 15:53, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Signpost

I've read the Signpost for a few months, and I noticed your plea for more reporters/editors. While I've had no experience with professional journalism, I have started and served as the editor-in-chief of two school newspapers. How could I be of help?
