Notes:

 • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
 • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

There is no direct block on this account. My guess is that it's part of a range block or an autoblock. Follow the intstructions given in the tag. Daniel Case (talk) 05:59, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am not sure why we have so many IP addresses blocked right now, but I believe that you would not be blocked if you logged in using a registered account. You can request an account by e-mailing our unblock mailing list at unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org, where an administrator will be able to create an account for you. Be sure to change your password once you are logged in. Bovlb (talk) 08:05, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you'll setup an email account I'll be glad to assist you with registering with Wikipedia. http://gmail.com or http://yahoo.com are both good options, and free. Your ISP should also provide you with an email account for use. Somitho (talk) 11:37, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
