Dandiya

Could someone who knows more about Dandiya add information about it to this page, or find some way to either mention it, or link to it, on this page? Thanks, Arcking

I think Garba and Raas (Dandiya Raas) should be in the list of folk dances, but aren't for some reason. Along with Bhangra, these three are probably the most popular Inidan folk dances outside of India. I'm making the suggesion in that article. Then, there would be no need to have a separate mentioning of Dandiya on this page. You could still incorporate it, and the other two, under the folk section if you'd like as popular examples.
