The senior Indian police officer who was killed in Punjab insurgency. His day light murder was one of many things that led to Operation Bluestar. this is not factually correct however someone keeps writing it. part about

'paying obeisance and with Karah Prasaad in his hands'

please delete or prove with a reference.
