You aren't unblocked. Even while blocked, you are allowed to edit your user talk page to appeal your block, assuming you are being disruptive. If you check your block log [1] you'll see that you are still indef blocked, but the protection on your user talk page has been reduced from full to semi-protected which allows you to post here once again.
