David S. Cohen is David X. Cohen's real name, which he used while a writer for The Simpsons. He used the X when we became an executive producer on Futurama because there was someone else in one of the unions called David S. Cohen. So if you want to remove the redirect you should replace it with a disambiguation page pointing to David X. Cohen and whomever else there with the name David S. Cohen.
