File system support

Specific file system support is not required to simply create, delete, or destructively resize partitions. Partial support allows trivial tasks such as adding unpartitioned space to an existing partition or shrinking a defragmented partition. Complete support for a file system is necessary if the software is to perform non-destructive resizing.
