Marguerite Jean-Baptiste (née of Lorraine), Duchess of Orléans (22 July, 1615 – 13 April, 1672) was a French noblewoman born in Nancy, France to Francis II, Duke of Lorraine and Christine Gräfin von Salm. On 31 January, 1632 she married Gaston, Duke of Orléans, son of Henry IV of France and Marie de Medici. Marguerite and Gaston had five children.

- married in Florence on June 20, 1661 Cosimo III de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany (separated 1675).
- Elizabeth (December 26, 1646, Paris – March 17, 1696, Versailles), duchesse d'Alençon,
- married at Saint-Germain-en-Laye on May 15, 1667 Louis Joseph, Duke of Guise.
- Françoise Madeleine (October 13, 1648, Saint-Germain-en-Laye – January 14, 1664, Turin),
- married at The Louvre (March 4, 1663) Charles Emmanuel II of Savoy, no issue.
- Marie Anne (November 9, 1652, Paris – August 17, 1656, Blois), Mademoiselle de Chartres.
