Howard James Hubbard (born October 31, 1938 in Troy, New York)[1] is the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, which comprises fourteen counties in eastern and east central New York State. Hubbard became Bishop of Albany after the resignation of Edwin B. Broderick in 1976.
