David Moo

David Moo is an American voice actor. He is known for voicing Sanji in the 4kids dub of One Piece, and Xellos in The Slayers: NEXT and The Slayers: TRY. David also loaned his voice in the earlier season of The Slayers before he did voice Xellos.
