Orphaned non-free image (Image:DolphinTVLogo small.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:DolphinTVLogo small.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 04:08, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:200 Volksmusik TV Logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:200 Volksmusik TV Logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 19:39, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The broadcaster has provided the logo and granted permission to use the logo. This image should not be removed.--Oschaper (talk) 00:03, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Peephole TV, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. After having examined your edit history in depth, I think you may be heavily involved in all the articles you have been editing. Please refrain from editing these articles in future - I've also removed the advertising that was added to the Hanomag article. Please read our conflict of interest guidelines. I'm sure you understand that Wikipedia must come down heavily on conflicts of interest, lest we end up being 'used' by unscrupulous individuals for advertising their wares. Thanks for your help! Are you a bot off the railing? You should do a better job and not mess with peoples contribution if you have not a clue about the subject. In addition, I'm not involved in Peephole TV. That some person actually have the same name is by coincident. In my case my first name is not Oliver but Olaf. So when you make assumption, than be ready to back them up. If you talk about the Scientologist Oliver Schaper than yes, we share the same name online. If you bother to check, you will actually find my old homepage on Google.Oschaper (talk) 05:55, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:PeepholeTV-Logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:PeepholeTV-Logo.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 20:20, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Oschaper for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 19:11, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

After reviewing the evidence presented in the above listed case, I have blocked you for a fortnight for abusing multiple accounts and incivility.
