Cisco Career Certifications are IT professional certifications for Cisco products. The tests are administered by Pearson VUE (Prometric previously administered the test, but, as of 1 Aug 2007, no longer does). There are five levels of certification: Entry, Associate, Professional, Expert, and Specialist certifications. All five certification paths have concentrations in up to seven areas of study Routing & Switching, Design, Network Security, Service Provider, Storage Networking, Voice and Wireless.

CCNA Security: Implementing Cisco IOS Network Security
CCNA Voice: Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications
CCNA Wireless: Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials
CCDA: Cisco Certified Design Associate

Professional

CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional
CCDP: Cisco Certified Design Professional
CCIP: Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional
CCSP: Cisco Certified Security Professional
CCVP: Cisco Certified Voice Professional

Expert

CCIE Routing & Switching: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert with a concentration in Routing & Switching
CCIE Storage Networking: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert with a concentration in Storage Networking
CCIE Security: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert with a concentration in Security
CCIE Service Provider: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert with a concentration as a Service Provider
CCIE Voice: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert with a concentration in Voice
CCDE: Cisco Certified Design Expert
