The Nebraska Lottery is run by the state of Nebraska. It is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Its games include Powerball, 2by2, and Nebraska Pick 5.

Unique to Nebraska are municipal lotteries, which began before the state itself entered the lottery business. They are keno games, which the state lottery does not offer as of 2008.

Also unusual is that the minimum age to buy tickets has always been 19; elsewhere, the minimum is 18 or 21.
