This page is horrible. That "FACT" is basically mentioned as a passing event in the form of one sentence (muddled in the middle of a non-relevant paragraph). Instead this article is loaded with a bunch of lame 'boundry' quotes on the definitions of water quality and definitions of factories. This article looks like it took a beautiful river and made it as mundane and boring as possible. Boo! 75.56.194.13 (talk) 19:35, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
