Neologisms, inaccuracies and POV

Charles Richards, a NASA engineer used the Rogallo wing to build one weight-shift kite:[NASA Paresev]], which inspired John W. Dickenson to build and sell portable ski-kites. His ski kites were then improved to make soarable hang gliders. Neither NASA or C. Richards were ever in the business of creating hang gliders, but a steerable parachute for the Gemini Space Program.
