Fabian Frei (born 17 May 1989 in Frauenfeld) is a Swiss footballer who plays as midfielder in the Swiss Super League for FC Basel.
Football career
Frei has came through the ranks at FC Basel and was moved in to the full team ahead of the 2007/08 season after becoming one of the best midfielders in the reserve squad and played a major part in Basel's title and cup win in the 2007/08 season.
