Template:Future television series The fourth series of Dancing on Ice is scheduled to begin on ITV1 in January 2009. Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill have been confirmed to be returning.[1] The hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, as well as judges Karen Barber, Robin Cousins and Nicky Slater have all confirmed that they are return. Ruthie Henshall confirmed on a morning ITV programme, that she would be returning.

Todd Carty, Jeremy Edwards and Dan Hipgrave have been seen training for the show.[2]

This year, thirteen celebrities will participate.[3]

The line-up has supposedly been worked out by the News Of The World.[4]

Also Michael Underwood, who had to withdraw from Dancing on Ice 2008 has confirmed that he will be returning to do Dancing on Ice 2009. The professional ice skater he will be partnered with, is still to be decided.
