Construction plans
Busch Stadium III is being constructed by HOK Sport and Hunt Construction with an estimated cost of $387 million. The stadium is being built in phases:
- First, the south side of the new stadium will be built.
- The second phase is the wrecking ball demolition of the old stadium, which begins the week of November 7, after the end of the Cardinals season. That phase is expected to last 90 days. [1]
- Phase three is to build the north side of the new stadium.
