Nice work
Hi Atelaes, nice work on those ancient Greek wiktionary articles. Thanks for that, Colin MacLaurin (talk) 01:15, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

Eastern Christianity template
That's annoying I'm taking a look. If I can't fix it, I'll revert. -Justin (koavf)·T·C·M 21:31, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- That's weird As the page loaded in another tab, the layout of the page was fine. Huh. What browser are you using (I have Firefox 2.x)? -Justin (koavf)·T·C·M 21:32, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- Try again If I loaded a page, the templates wouldn't wrap properly, but if I reloaded it, they did. I have no idea how or why that happened. If you want, revert the template and take a look at Old Church Slavonic for instance. I guess the whole template need to be reworked. -Justin (koavf)·T·C·M 00:30, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
Wiktionary
Thanks for the advice, Atelaes. Somehow, I felt that blocking me was wrong, anyway, and someone may need to talk to Connel, the admin responsible for blocking me on wiktionary, I forgot his last name, but he still needs to be talked to. I mean, by blocking me there, he was just biting a newcomer.Kitty53 (talk) 21:03, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Phoenician alphabet
You must be right about the fonts. Sorry, but I couldn't tell - also, you don't seem to have been logged in, right? So I saw an IP address doing something I couldn't understand, and made a false assumption. Thanks for the explanation. By the way, I might not have done it if there had been an edit summary. dougweller (talk) 07:03, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

Thank you so much for your contribution on A-Cai's talk page!! As I'm getting physically tired right now [it's past three in the morning here], I hope to be able to reply to your nice, constructive and broad-minded post over the weekend. Most appreciated and a sincere Thank You for now!--219.69.81.128 (talk) 20:01, 16 January 2009 (UTC)
- Dear Atelaes, I had a go at my first new entry "Rile up" at Wictionary [no idea how to teach my speech recognition software "Wictionary", annoying]. I admit I didn't go yet through the relevant "how to start an entry" pages. Rather similarly as how I try to learn grammar in general, I tried to deduct from " view source"-s how such a rather simple entry should be formated. I have a nice quote [and a funny 1] from Dogbert's management book to go with it to boot, but before I try to take it a level further I'd rather ask for the opinion and feedback of an expert! Also being a big fan/proponent of IPA I would love to add it but have no idea how to make IPA symbols appear... Thanks in advance! Sven 70.
PS, I wasn't too happy with the adjectives nice and broad-minded yesterday. I shouldn't have been anal perhaps about my "three adjectives rule", and instead have gone by just constructive, which is for sure pertaining and suitable in describing your commentary!--219.69.81.128 (talk) 09:15, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
Okay, the ""rile up" entry is already deleted by semperblotto, which I found out when I was trying to go back to copy and paste the source I gave in, just in case. There doesn't seem to have been left any comments on the discussion page. I don't seem to have gotten any remark as to why deleted on my IP address I have for now. I didn't readily see how to access the deletion log. Can you imagine that this is slightly off putting? I mean as far as I know it's a kosher English word. I had rather a long and hard look yesterday at entries formatting English verbs. My shorthand I don't think is an excuse now for misunderstandings. I try to be constructive here as you were in above mentioned post. In this follow-up message, having had a look at the "personal attack" Guidelines/policy page, I am rather carefully wording the previous as well as the following, which is that I really don't understand that the deletor's guiding principles and find actions like this one for instance, with no communication ensuing a tad upsetting, which is an actual understatement. [And I am sure, having had a read about what newcomers feel about first time out- of-the-blue deletions and blocks, I am certainly not the only one who perceives this in such way, which in the end cannot be good for the dictionary project]. I'm looking forward to your feedback Sven 70--219.69.81.128 (talk) 09:38, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
