Can't believe this article is so sparse with information...his shows contains pretty valuable info - especially the urban disasters one.

Survival gear

From the biography section:

While filming in the wild, Stroud almost always carries and utilizes Leatherman multitools, specifically the "Wave" model.^[1]

While interesting, it's just a random tangent, and doesn't flow well with the rest of the biography. Perhaps breaking it out into a section called commonly used or recommended survival gear.
