Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 03:01, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

February 2009

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Warren Buffett. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Dabomb87 (talk) 03:11, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reminding...I hate dictator in the real world, and don't like a person who thinks he knows everything and his stuff is always the best. 03:16, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

I understand that you disagree with Gary, but mischaracterizing him as a "dictator" and an elitist is simply not true and could be misconstrued as a bad faith comment. Please try to reach a consensus; Gary is a very experienced editor, he knows what he is doing. Thanks for your understanding. Dabomb87 (talk) 03:42, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So you know Gary, right? I also know what I am doing. He cut off too many other people's hard work because of his so called experienceIifacts (talk) 03:52, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just be aware that you have violated the 3RR policy. Dabomb87 (talk) 03:56, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
How's about Gary? How many times have he violated the rule? Please remind him also, thanks!Iifacts (talk) 03:59, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I would advise you to (if you have not already) read WP:NOTDIRECTORY, which states: "Wikipedia is not a directory of everything that exists or has existed." Gary has reverted twice. Dabomb87 (talk) 04:00, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
In 5 minutes, he will violate the rule - that's how he behaves - only his stuff can be left there. Iifacts (talk) 04:02, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(outdent) See here. Dabomb87 (talk) 04:04, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Gary reverted 4 times, NOT 2 in last 24 hours. Iifacts (talk) 04:22, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I reverted three times. Gary King (talk) 04:25, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
count again, should be 5 with your friend's help! What an experienced Editor LOL Iifacts (talk) 04:27, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I just noticed that you might have a conflict of interest with the website that you are using to reference the information, which I have mentioned in the ANI thread. Gary King (talk) 04:28, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Right. I would report that Warren Buffett has a conflict of interest, too. LOL Iifacts (talk) 04:32, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just for your information, another user has reported your username as a violation of username policy because of its promotional nature. Gary King (talk) 04:42, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just answer this question, as a so called experienced editor, why did you intentionally violate the 3RR rule? Wikipedia is not your pet project. Hope you remember this and improve your behavior.
I did not intend to violate the 3RR, and I have not. I have reverted three times, saw that you reverted it for the fourth time, and decided to bring the matter to ANI instead of 3RR for further input. Gary King (talk) 04:53, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Admit it, with your friend's help, you reverted 5 times. BTW, I am done and too much time wasted...Iifacts (talk) 04:58, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Regardless, your edit was once again reverted by an uninvolved member. Gary King (talk) 05:02, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Regardless, you have more friends here than I do because you are such an experienced editor. Now you reverted 6 times. Feel sorry for the Wikipedia readers. 05:09, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

← I'm not an experienced editor. I am offering the relevant policies for you to read so that we can both better understand each other. And, when did I last revert the page? I haven't done so since my third. Gary King (talk) 05:11, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
