Belfast Vital
Tennents ViTal is music festival originally held in the Botanic Gardens in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The festival was first held in 2002, and takes place in August each year. In 2007 the venue changed to Ormeau Park.
As with T in the Park in Scotland, the festival is sponsored by Tennents. Originally a one day weekend event, the festival now takes place over three midweek days.
Lineups
2009
Kings of Leon and Muse have been booked to play at Tennents Vital 2009, the festival will be part of Muse's tour of the UK.
2008
On June 27th organisers announced that the 2008 festival was cancelled due to difficulties securing high-calibre acts.[1]. It was also confirmed that the Kings of Leon were already booked to play, but there was difficulty securing more headline acts.
