Just posted at talk:information on a proposal to clean-up that article. I'm a practitioner in the IT space, and I find it hard to follow. Anyway, please inform me as to the protocol for getting permission to jump in on a hotly contested article.
I'm happy to help, but I don't want to invest the time if it means I have to engage in un-productive content wars.
