Liz Glazowski (born December 19, 1957 in Zakopane, Poland) is an Polish-American model. She is best known for being Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its April 1980 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus.

Liz was discovered by Playboy when she submitted photographs to the magazine's 25th Anniversary Great Playmate Hunt. She was one of the 14 women who eventually became centerfolds for the magazine through that contest. She also had a small part in the film The Happy Hooker Goes Hollywood (1980).

In what was a relative rarity, Liz was very religious at the time of her centerfold, and expressed such in the article that ran alongside her photos. A devout Catholic, she was especially fond of her fellow countryman, Pope John Paul II. She was also a star basketball player in high school. In 1981, Liz met rock band promoter and Florida entrepreneur, Al Dana, while he was promoting a rock band under his company, Dana Productions, Inc.. They married shortly after, and have been together for 29 years. In 1994, Liz and Al Dana received from His Holiness Pope John Paul II, a special Apostolic Blessing and continued Divine protection for their generous funding of a foundation for disabled children, the Clelian Heights School. Liz has enjoyed being the wife of a Florida inventor, investor, and impressario, and has spent much time sailing on the couple's custom-built yacht, the Falcon, which was purchased directly from August Busch of the Anheuser-Busch corporation. Her husband has a considerable patent history with his several inventions, and Liz has been co-partner to many of his enterprises. Currently, she is President of Bold textVIP Tech, Incorporated , a company founded by her husband, and which produces and sells one of his federally patented inventions, called the Kegel Male Trainer.
