History Section Update May 2009

A lot of conjecture in this new text. Inline sources are needed to show why it is a 'failed centre' and the population demographic and suppsoed decline. Personally I'm not disputing any of this, but without sources it really is just opinion. Citizen D (talk) 01:43, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
