how come jerusalem and not ramallah ?

I don't understand since never ever people go to jerusalem for "culture", everything happens in ramallah !,
and anyway this article doesn't meet the criteria of wikipedia, it's one sided.
if you want to keep it, it shouldn't stand on its own, put it somewhere inside an article, like, say, jerusalem ? Hope&Act3! (talk) 18:08, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
