Requested move

User talk:Bradcro/Archive 1User talk:Bradcro — I made a mistake. I moved my talk page: User talk:Bradcro to User talk:Archive 1. Instead I should of blanked and copyed the text from User talk: Bradcro, created User talk:Bradcro/Archive 1 and paste it there. • вяαdcяochat 02:29, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What you mean is that you want this page User talk:Bradcro/Archive 1 moved back to User talk:Bradcro is that correct? --PBS (talk) 10:35, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes that is correct. • вяαdcяochat 22:27, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've moved it back for you. Dekimasuよ! 00:27, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE:Interview

That is done as a formatting to eliminate any of the reporter's comments and only keep Gaga's comments in the quote. To provide continuity those [...] are put. Its nothing unusual. --Legolas (talktome) 10:20, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Hi, I red your comment on Legs. page, I live in NZ, so I hope she comes to Oceania. She is also coming with PCD with Gaga. But I do not like PCD very much (they do have some pretty good songs-Bottle pop is my fav.) I think they can sing live--maybe Nicole only-- so why should I waste my money to see Gaga sing like six songs. I hope she brings The Fame Ball here, I will be the fuckin first to get tickets. P.S. Can't wait to see Legs. pics. and if you want yo see the tour go to youtube there are alot of vids. Has Anybody Seen My Disco Stick? 11:41, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No she was not been in NZ before, but you an Ozzy must know NZ is this small little, tiny isle across the ditch (noticed how I said isle instead of country). Anyway NZ is way too small, it is more likely a Oz tour, you are the bigger country. I have heard rumors and Gaga has stated that she has already been working on an album with Mark Ronson (Amy wine house), it should be released in 2010. I am so excited. P.S.Gaga performed a new song Future Love at the fame ball.Has Anybody Seen My Disco Stick? 12:02, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Just Dance

Hi I just saw your addition for Just Dance Australian peak. Good work!! But I would request you that from next time can you format the reference in <ref>{{cite web|url=|title=|author=|date=|publisher=|accessdate=}}</ref> format? We are trying to move the Gaga articles for GA so would appreciate this much of help from your end. --Legolas (talktome) 05:12, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes GaGalove is really Dance-pop and he/she has been blocked indefinitely now after WP:RCU checked that it is indeed a sockpuppet. Its a despicable form of sockpuppetry which the user exhibited the second time. Hence the block again. I knew that it was Dance-pop from the first day (too much wrong spellings). Initially I thought that the user had changed his ways, but a little disagreement in talk page led to Gaga/Dance-pop resorting to old threatening ways. Hence admins blocked again. But let's not have any further discussion regarding these things. Let's concentrate on bringing up the Gaga articles to GA standard. --Legolas (talktome) 06:33, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Reason is you added an original research without a citation. --Legolas (talktome) 04:55, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use Image:600x400-ENT-CassieDavis-600x400.jpg

Replaceable fair use
Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:600x400-ENT-CassieDavis-600x400.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey (talk) 10:58, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page addition

Hi Child. I would advice you to not add anything to the talk page like this. It will be considered forum like and is not entertained here in Wikipedia. Please be careful next time. --Legolas (talktome) 03:34, 4 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

LoveGame

Congrats!! LoveGame is looking much much better now. Better than Eh, Eh even. It has been correctly structured now. The only thing I can ask of you is to add info about the live performance. You can check out "La Isla Bonita" regarding how Live performances are written. Ping me if you have any questions. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:05, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your comments. However a concern has been raised at the Talk page of LAdy Gaga discography. You must have noticed that User:Mooviestarz is bad mouthing me regarding my changes accusing me of attacking them and not listening to others. Do you think so? --Legolas (talk2me) 05:42, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
My argument is certification should be included but only the major markets, however User:Mooviestarz instead is stating all possible charts and certifications should be included which I must say fails WP:FANCRUFT. If you notice I only added the major markets and told the others to add the certifications to the singles pages. If they expect me to beg them and tell, sorry I won't. I don't entertain forum like conversations in Wikipedia and if necessary I'll raise ANI. It's not my fault that he's frustrated that he'll start bad mouthing me saying "See guys! He owns the page" or "Ohh don't you know Saint Legolas". I won't tolerate such comments. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:17, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well US, UK, Aus, Can, Ger are the five major music markets. I consider them because IFPI publishes such statistics. What Mooviestarz wants is to put all the countries and certifications. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:31, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your comments. We don't want only the 5 major music markets. But since it is a discography page and will include every single and albums the artist has released, hence don't you think it will clutter the page if we include all the countries and certifications? For the particular single page it is fine but to include all of them in the disco page will indeed be overaddition. Thats what I meant. Even we reached a consensus that 10 major countries are to be listed but for certiifcations I said 5 major. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:45, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. I just commented out that addition you did for live performance for LoveGame. Actually they are not present in the body of the article and since the LEAD should encompass the whole body of the article, it will fail. Cheers! --Legolas (talk2me) 07:58, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your signature is cool. --Legolas (talk2me) 08:55, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You for your comments about Lady Gaga page...

I want to Thank You for your time and comments on Legolas' talk page. You seem to understand the issues I have tried to convey. It is obvious from your discussion with him that you seem to understand what I had said but he didn't as he got what I said completely wrong. My main issue here is that when I ask a question why something is being done a certain way, why certain charts are or aren't being used or why certain countries are being excluded I think I deserve something better than "Take It Elsewhere". So again thanks for the input. You seem to understand what I was trying to say. I do want my viewpoints to get across to him and I do feel frustrated when all I get is an attitude and no answers. So again, Thank You!!!!!! (MoovieStarz (talk) 19:19, 8 April 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Gaga

I just reverted your change to Poker FAce. Actually the music sample is needed to be plced in the music structure section to enhance and exemplify the commentary. Just like we add an image in the music video section to enhance commentary. By the way good job on the LoveGame image. But I'm afraid you have to upload a lower resolution version as it will fail WP:NFCC#3a. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:05, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oops sorry my mistake, i meant WP:NFCC#3b. Don't worry I'll correct the image. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:35, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
NP. Ready to help anytime. --Legolas (talk2me) 08:33, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Check out "Poker Face" now. I added an image for the performance on American Idol. Its so properly structured now that I'm really proud of what all of us did for it. Wish Dance-pop was here to see it. God knows why he always gets himself blocked. Anyways as I remember you are from Oz, can you tell me if there is any news there whether LoveGame has charted playing in NZ radio? We need that information for the LoveGame article. Also can you help me find something regarding Poker FAce's background - as in what was the idea behind the song and who composed it. It is essential if we want Poker Face to pass GA. I'm not editing "Just Dance" now as I want Poker Face" to go to GA first then "Just Dance" and "The Fame". By that time I think there will be enough info for the third and fourth singles. See what you can do. You can also try searching for the behind story for the other songs and add it if you like. I'll reformat the references. Try finding some info for the unreferenced songs in the discography page, although its quite hostile now as you must be knowing *shrug*. Ping back if you don't understand something. --Legolas (talk2me) 11:50, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide one such youtube link? I'll find a reliable source corressponding to that video. --Legolas (talk2me) 03:55, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:I'm Not Alone Calvin.JPG

Thank you for uploading File:I'm Not Alone Calvin.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. Your edits

I have been watching your edits and glad that it really has improved. However one very important advice I would like to give you is to use edit summaries. It is absolutely necessary becuase then other editors will be able to know what are the changes that you did, and even if you make some mistake otehrs will be able to sort out and correct it. So from next time donot forget to use an edit summary. Cheers! --Legolas (talk2me) 12:35, 20 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. It's amazing what one can learn in such a short period of time.
Regarding edit summaries, I will make an effort by improving in that area!
Sometimes I just innocently forget to include them, sorry.
Do you find it necessary when making rather small contributions?
If so, then would it be better to use the intergrated minor edit fucntion?
childfunkchat 01:01, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually as I have observed, many of your changes are not exactly minor to click on the "minor edit" tab. For eg. You just added a reference for the Cherrytree sessions in the Gaga discography section. That is not a minor change and needs edit summary (which I'm happy you did). Minor change would be something like changing GaGa -> Gaga etc. --Legolas (talk2me) 04:28, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You probably know by now that I singlehandedly structured LoveGame with continuous edits and fighting off vandalisms and unsourced statements (You must rememeber those times). Well don't worry I'll do the same for Paparazzi. Though there is writing and reception, there needs to be detailed chart performance, music video and live performance as well as music structure. I'm looking for these for LoveGame and "Eh Eh" which is extremely shabby I must say. Well I recently promoted "Poker Face" to GA which you must have noticed. Yeahhhh!!! --Legolas (talk2me) 04:49, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Gaga articles have mostly been protected now including the discography. Can you find out the behind story for songs like "Eh Eh" and "LoveGame"? "Paparazzi" I thnk we'll be able to find as its wuite popular. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:08, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry somehow the video isn't connecting for me here. Can you describe it to me shortly? Can't wait. --Legolas (talk2me) 11:07, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Child Funk.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Child Funk.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Differently

Since you wanted a feedback, here it goes:)

  1. Well the whole structure should be changed. Articles on singles should be in the following order:
  • writing
  • music structure
  • reception
  • chart performance
  • music video
  • live perforamnce (if any)
  • tracklisting
  • charts

So you need to change the structure.

  1. Also references need to be formatted in the <ref>{{cite web|url=|title=|author=|date=|publisher=|accessdate=}}</ref> format.
  2. Music video iamge size needs to be lessened.
  3. Youtube should not be used as a source.
  4. Quotes should be within blockquotes and section names like details and commentary are not needed as there is hardly enuogh prose.

Hope I had been a help. --Legolas (talk2me) 05:13, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Responded. --Legolas (talk2me) 11:57, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yes I do need some help. I am not familar with how to create a website, I have basic knowledge about HTML. It would be great if you could help. If we use a free webhost with our own URL with be the best and easier, or I cold contact my ISP. Anyway I hope you can help. Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 03:32, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ok Thanks. But I want the website to have it's own URL not something like www.blooger.com/Lady_Gaga. You can help if you want and do you know anyone that has expertise in HTML field. I only want at least 3 people involved as admins on the site. I am also getting a web designer for the site-yay. P.S. What's you myspace. Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 05:14, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It's okay I have found a free web hoster that allows me my own URL-cool eh. I am in the process of making one Thanks. No I do not have a myspace (more for the older demograph). I used to have a bebo--it got hacked--and bebo got it back--but there was alot of damage done. Since then (3-4 yrs ago) I do not use social networking sites. LoveGame image

I just reverted your change there. According MoS of images except for the music video, other sections should have pics aligned at the right so that commentary is expressed in a better way. Also, since LoveGame will be nominated for GA soon, and GA is strict about image alignments, its better to keep it at the right, check "Poker Face" and also "Just Dance" (which passed GA yeahh!!!! ). GA --> Here we come with LoveGame.:) --Legolas (talk2me) 06:55, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New name again????? --Legolas (talk2me) 08:02, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good for you. But again, I'll start thinking who are you when I see you editing Gaga articles. It will take some time to remember you. Hope I don't think you to be a sock of Dance-pop. He he. --Legolas (talk2me) 12:35, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey

I like the new name. How can I change my name???Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 04:55, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

lovegame: rove

What happened in the performance? Don't write about it in talk pages. --Legolas (talk2me) 04:55, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ohh is it?? So bad. Those are really idiots! Did you ever see Gaga in person? I saw in The Fame Ball Tour. She's such a darling girl. --Legolas (talk2me) 05:12, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually I don't know the reason, but NA artists generally avoid Ocenia for touring, don't know why. Gaga's reason is justified. Since she is a new artist and tourism is a risky venture, Interscope is not spending that much money. I'm sure once her tours also become more and more popular she will extend her legs to the rest of the world. But I was surprised that established artists like Madonna and MJ didnot come there? Why? --Legolas (talk2me) 05:31, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually Eh Eh is so friendly and sunny song that I used it as my mobile's caller tune. IF you call me you'll listen to the song. So LoveGame I can guess will chart more. I hope it goes number one again. It went down from 22 to 27 in NZ. got knows whats wrong with that country. "Eh Eh" charted higher than the position in OZ there. Also any news about "Paparazzi" in your area? I mean is it gonna be released after "LoveGame"? I heard that "Starstruck" is supposed to be the last single from the album. --Legolas (talk2me) 10:41, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Definitely Just Dance, LoveGame, Paparazzi and Poker Face. Then Eh, Eh and at present I kinda like "Christmas Tree". Its such a funny song. "Paparazzi" video really can't wait. Pity that the LoveGame video got such a rating in Oz. Actually "Starstruck" if released, will break the records! Without any kind of promotion at all the song is still in the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart for the 13th week and has been on the Hot Digital Songs chart for 27 weeks now. I believe in US the release will be LoveGame -> Paparazzi -> Starstruck -> Eh, Eh to round it up while in UK it will be Paparazzi -> LoveGame -> Eh, eh (more UK friendly) -> Starstruck. You really should have gone to the Fame Ball tour. The live performance of Paparazzi, Poker Face and LoveGame were jaw dropping!!! Since you are in Oz, as much time as you can get from school, request for "LoveGame" in your radio!! Tell your friends also (if they are Gagacrazy like us :)). I really want the song to top the charts in Canada and Oz again. It has the ability to top worldwide like "Poker Face". Did you know that "Poker Face" has even crossed Madonna's mammoth hit single "Hung Up" in termas of the total number of weeks at number one? Marvellous!! --Legolas (talk2me) 11:29, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Gaga tour

Lady Gaga is dropping in at NZ on May 16--as a supportinbg act (she will sing like 6 songs...grr). She probably isn't coming back anytime soon, but I am not paying 140NZD for her to sing 6 songs---I want a full concert, an the PCD's only have like 3 good songs. Well I will just have to wait till the next album and hopes she actually comes here as a headlinner. Artists usually like coming to NZ, good vacation I guess. I have been trying to win tickets--no luck though. I saw Alicia Keys and Jordin Sparks lasyt year at the vector--they were good. Have you hared of that chillin' song by Wale fyt. Lady Gaga--sounds good and I can't wait for the video and the papaarizzi one. I am obessed with Gaga now--everytime I turn my Ipod on I listen to her album (everyday) and her LoveGame vid. Anyways, I want a name change but can't think of one--any advice??? Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 05:53, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yea I would but the tickests straight away-I suggest you register with ticktek or something--where they send you a notification (usually a day head of announcements) of new artists touring or some other event site. Because if Lady gaga was to tour almost any country that like her, tickets will be sold out in 24 hrs. I saw the rove performance-- the dancing was really good--the mic. quality not so. She was a bit crazy (i did b not know her before hand--i only knew of her Just Dance song and video) and there is actually an interview and behind the scenes before she came on stage video on rove (check youtube and i think she is a full interview this year-i wonder how she is going to do the performance probably with her disco stick.) After I saw that performance i became obsessed I went out and bought the album--looked at her website, fan sites, pics., interviews and of course wikipedia. When I first came on wikipedia under the name you know who last year there was a lot of bad things about gaga --the article was crap without sources. Myself and other notables -Realist and Leoglas and Hersfold (legs bf srry i mean friend) got me you know what because they did not like my radical approach to things-follow this guideline and so on like a broken record.) Anyway thanks for the advice, it will be changes soon. I have school on the in like 2 days :( Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 06:18, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I went back last Tuesday. I had like 2 weeks holiday. And I have mid year exams in 2 weeks :(. Cloverfield Monsta (talk) 00:16, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Eh Eh

Hye Brad. Can you upload a 30 second Ogg audio sample to Eh Eh? I think I have found the necessary sheet music required. --Legolas (talk2me) 08:47, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Exactly. Only 30 second from the first verse when she starts singing the word "Boy we had a real good time..." will be enough. Lemme know once you upload. I'll update the rationales and include it in the article. Thanks beforehand. PS. Yeahh LoveGame moved up ARIA chart and is really climbing fast in US radio airplay. And Paparazzi's climbing in UK too.!! --Legolas (talk2me) 09:02, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yup this would work like a charm! Thanks and I'll include it in the article then we'll continue our discussion on Gaga which we left from yesterday. Yeahh for LoveGame. --Legolas (talk2me) 09:12, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nopes. Try Audio splitter. Or do one thing. In your PC, use Windoews movie maker to cut the song first and then convert to OGG. WMM will cut it and convert to WMA format whcih I guess you can convert to OGG file now. If you can't just lemme know, I'll ask someone else then. --Legolas (talk2me) 09:25, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yup that should work out fine. I just need the sheet music now. You can upload and add the file to the article. --Legolas (talk2me) 09:55, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot for your help. Now we can call the Gaga articles to be somewhat complete. Although we still need a Music and lyrics section for "LoveGame". --Legolas (talk2me) 10:25, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually I already saw that. The info at Ellen Warners is a little wrong. The performance already happened. Thanks anyways. By the way, do you know why your friend Cloverfield Monsta is still so hostile to me? Its not my fault that he gets himself blocked everytime. Just now he replied something in the Paparazzi talk page (which I'm sure is directed at me). --Legolas (talk2me) 09:58, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(Outdent)Don't add the remixes cover to "LoveGame". Add only when its discussable. Notability is not asserted by a source, but rather by the prose, where it needs to be added if it is being discussed in the prose of the article. I have commented it out for the present. --Legolas (talk2me) 08:00, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, yes the name is from Evermore's latest album--I could not think of one that had any personal attributes. I think this one is closer to my views (trash media, etc.) My last one one was based on the film Cloverfield (one of my favs. -have you seen it, and Monsta from the film and Lost (tv seris -also one of my favs.) The LoveGame behind the scenes was amazing, the only one I have not seen is Poker face BTS and The Fame: Part One-do you know if they exist? Helloooo

Hey there. Good to see you back again. How are you? By the way how was Gaga's Rove performance? And how come LoveGame went down the chart?? --Legolas (talk2me) 06:06, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh is it? Thats superb!! Hey can I ask you a favour? Can you keep me updated of the iTunes at your place. I really want LoveGame to go to #1 there. But with Boom Boom Pow reaching #1 this week, god knows what will happen. In the US LoveGame is rising rapidly. also did you see that PF might get de listed from GA? One stupid user is just simply wasting all our collaborating efforts to bring Gaga articles to GA. That user has no regards for the Gaga articles. God! Please help me out in stopping that user and comment on the talk page of PF. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:24, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I know the user can be speaking the truth but there wasn't any WP:RS to support it.(ladygaga.com fails for RS) Instead of finding it, the user blatantly deleted content. That's vandalism, something which I really don't have any tolerance for. The issue have been addressed, coz I was able to find a way to incorporate the lyrics from the booklet. Hope that the article doesnot get delisted.--Legolas (talk2me) 08:11, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Brad. How's iTunes in Australia? Any latest Gaga updates form there? --Legolas (talk2me) 10:14, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ohh F*** Linkin Park. damn it! Here in US we still don't know what happened to LoveGame. It had a huge climb from 56 to 20 on the Hot Digital Songs chart but we haven't got any info about its position on the Hot 100. Its airplay has also increased dramatically from 10.08 impressions last week to 21.8 this week iwth an increase of +8.9 million. That's awesome!!! But I don't understand what's happening in the other countries. I heard a rumout that its has debuted high at 6 in France, but didnot find any reference. Yeahh for Paparazzi. I really hope LoveGame atleast goes #2. --Legolas (talk2me) 10:24, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, you should have got the tickets for Gaga's show in Oz. News reports say she was a bigger hit than the PC dolls. Reading the news I realised that she completely played her Fame Ball tour there. You would have seen the Fame ball tour then if you would have gone. --Legolas (talk2me) 10:30, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(Outdent)Poor you. I really hoped that you will also watch the show. It seems I am the only one who saw Gaga's tour in Wikipedia. sigh! By the way taht is indeed the news i am talking about. I laughed so much reading the heading that Gaga blew the PCD off the stage. Also amazing chart updates. "LoveGame" reached #2 in Canada and jumped 34 palces to #27 in US. Its smokin' hot here in america. --Legolas (talk2me) 10:49, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yeahh. My work entitles me to roam around from India to US. Hence I'm pretty much able to see the big big stars. Although I hope that one day I'll be visiting your country also :) --Legolas (talk2me) 12:09, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Audio Sample

Hey Brad. Remember the "Eh, Eh" sample that you uploaded? Well there is a problem with it. File:Eh, Eh - Sample.ogg. Actually since the song is 3 mins only, the sample should be about 18 seconds only according to WP:SAMPLE. Could you just upload a new version with only 18 seconds from the first? --Legolas (talk2me) 03:52, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have to. Tell your mom and dad from before hand. I got the tickets pretty early as one of my brother-in-law works in IPC Media. It was teh happiest day of my life. If you really go try to go about 2 hrs before, because then you will get to see the DJs playing your favourite songs, the wonderful art installations and the spray candys. --Legolas (talk2me) 08:48, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Even "The White Tie Affair" are pretty good. You get these amazing glow sticks which will get over if you go late. However the smash is when Gaga comes up on the stage surrrounded by these metal plates and fogs engilfing her. I screamed my heart out! --Legolas (talk2me) 09:17, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

LoveGame Aussie

Well it seenms LoveGame is doomed there in Oz. This week inspite of the performance in Rove, there is no change at all in the position. Its really surprising though. Sigh! --Legolas (talk2me) 10:20, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm. Pity. All of us had high hopes on this single. But oh well. Don't know if the release of "Eh, Eh" was a bad thing. Because both in Oz and NZ, LoveGame is stalling while its moving up rapidly in other nations where "Eh, Eh" wasnot released. Also I think banning the video also did go against it. But still, damn it! Orphaned non-free media (File:Imma Be - iTunes cover.JPG)

Thanks for uploading File:Imma Be - iTunes cover.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Paparizzi Gaga

Hey. I do not see how the leak is not notable. Wel...it is really. The video exits, her record label (Cheryytree realesed it-accidently). Could you please disscuss it on the talk page. I think it is notable ( I provided a relible source MTV). Hey Boys and Girls (Welcome to the Show…) ° 00:18, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You make a good point. This is an encyclopedia, if we just rushed and put the info. up we would become one of those gossip sites. But, a mention of the leak (using MTV/The Sun source) is probably worth a little mention, wouldn't you think? (A description can be put up after the video release).

Anywho, I have a long holiday(Queens BDay---and alot of homework...Grrr...)

I am watching the video right now (do you know her record label Cherrytree put it up on youtube--OMFG---she will be very angry at them) The vid. is awesome--esp. when she falls--that was good acting. I was waiting so long for it.

I am going to download it now and watch it everyday. P.S. I am getting Gaga's yellow watch from trade me (NZ auction site--yay!) C ya around. Hey Boys and Girls (Welcome to the Show…) ° 02:41, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

acharts

Please don't replace links to officially licensed sites with links to Acharts. I appreciate the effort of replacing temporary links, but some of the links you converted were permanent and licensed. WP:GOODCHARTS provides links to officially licensed sites. Acharts is generally reliable, but only generally, and isn't officially licensed to provide the data it provides, which makes it preferable to use other sources.—Kww(talk) 23:55, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, my bad. I didn't realise that those sites already listed on page were actually permanent sources. • вяαdcяochat 01:26, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

itunes Aussy

Hey Brad. How is Gaga doing in iTunes in Australia? What updates are there regarding her and ehr tour? Also has Paparazzi debuted this week? --Legolas (talk2me) 08:08, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sigh!! I guess LoveGame is really doomed in Australia and New Zealand. But good for Paparazzi. PS did you notice what happened to your friend Josh? Sad! By the way did you see that the music video section of PAparazzi has been updated with reliable sources and NFCC free images? --Legolas (talk2me) 08:16, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I know. I read it in the papers morning. Its scary isn't it??? PS I think you are also addicted to Lost like me. Well my wishes for those who passed. The Paparazzi image even I believe is a little low in resolution, however once the video releases to iTunes, I think we will be able to get a better resolution one. Maybe you can try for one since you buy music videos from iTunes. Also could you check whether Pandora has updated their site so that we can update "LoveGame" music video charting in Aussy download chart? --Legolas (talk2me) 08:26, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Brad. I have updated the LoveGame article with the music video charting info and LoveGame getting certified gold. --Legolas (talk2me) 09:15, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hey Bradley what updates are there from iTunes Aussy? Hows Gaga doing? --Legolas (talk2me) 08:23, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(Outdent)Wonderful news. LoveGame moves to the top 10 at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:15, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually according to music hot-shots, LoveGame seems to be the only song who can topple the black Eyed Peas from the Hot 100. Seriously Im getting tired of that song! Its good but not so good to be number 1 for 9 weeks. By the way I believe PAparazzi is going to move high on the ARIA chart next week. What is iTunes saying about Gaga songs? --Legolas (talk2me) 06:23, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I know. sigh! I couldnot believe how badly "LoveGame" was doomed in NZ and Oz. But oh well fingers crossed for LoveGame in Canada and US. Atleast #2. I'm sure it will go #1 in tons of European countries as well. And Paparazzi is releasing in UK soon, so Gaga will dominate there also. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:36, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Im sure they will release Paparazzi. Its a sure fire hit. So why won't they take the chance? I think the hoopla around LoveGame needs to die and then they will release it. --Legolas (talk2me) 07:28, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wale video

Hey, Do you think a artcile is needed for the single?--Video can be found here-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XwxKVBNbrQ. P.S. Paparazzi vid. is going to premire this week, so excited. Hey Boys and Girls (Welcome to the Show…) ° 23:39, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Boom Boom Pow (Single Cover).jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Boom Boom Pow (Single Cover).jpg. Good Girls Go Bad

Please don't put anymore completely false information on "Good Girls Go Bad". Kevin Rudolf solely produced that song and co-wrote it with Kara Dioguardi, check the BILLBOARD CITATION. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DennyHits (talkcontribs) 03:26, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I did not put false information on Good Girls Gone Bad. My information is sourced by a highly reliable reference, MTV. Im out

hi dear. Im hospitalised for the last few days due to an accident. I just logged in through my brother's laptop to ask a favour. Please can you watchlist the Gaga articles untill Wednesday? I'll be discharged by then. I guess you know the amount of crappy additions that goes in these articles (bio + songs + album + tour). Just for these few days only. Please. :( --Legolas (talk2me) 00:55, 13 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh my my, you just made my day!!! And yes!! I'm back. though not feeling that great. --Legolas (talk2me) 05:27, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oh ok. These BEPs are really creeping me out. I kinda liked Boom Boom, but now really hate it. --Legolas (talk2me) 05:58, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hope so that Gaga has a large jump in Aussy unlike LoveGame. I was impressed by its huge jump in the United Kingdom though :) News reports say that her tour in Singapore was rockin! --Legolas (talk2me) 06:07, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nopes not you. All the song related articles have their infobox shortened, don't know why. Perhaps some decision at WP:SONGS made the changes. I really hope Paparazzi peaks at Australia. Can't believe LoveGame hasnot peaked the charts anywhere yet. :( --Legolas (talk2me) 06:14, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update from iTunes???? Morning also. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:37, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

GA nomination of Gaga

please discss said grammar (on talk page). I am intending to re-submit it. I think I have the right too? Hey Boys and Girls (Welcome to the Show…) ° 02:56, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
do you have a timeframe, beacuse you are right they are "minor". I do not see any grammtical mistakes (please provide an example). I stilll believe as a user I can monimnate if I wish too. Hey wats happenin in ozzy iTunes? --Legolas (talk2me) 06:19, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They need to release the CD single now, to make sure that Paparazzi propels to No. 1. Why are they releasing it in July I have no idea. The song moved to 37 in Canada and UK its suppose to go top 5 this week. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:45, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have a feeling it won't. PS do you remember the song "Hung Up". Check this out!. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:58, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
By today EOD and nominate it for GA. !! --Legolas (talk2me) 07:48, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
All done. Im so sad MJ passed away. :( --Legolas (talk2me) 04:06, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So sad really. I was supposed to visit his concerts in July. Well, in Gaga news looks like "LoveGame" is really underperforming everywhere. On the Billboard Hot 100 it went down 1 place to 6, on Hot Dance Airplay it rapidly went down from 4 to 8, on Dutch Top 40 went down from 5 to 11. Really bad. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:08, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

(Outdent)Even Im also keeping my fingers crossed for Paparazzi. I hope it changes everything. In Oz it needs to replace the Black Eyed Peas. They should release the single now. I hope that by the time the single releases, the momentum doesnot fizz like it did with LoveGame (however I think banning the music video also had this impact). Paparazzi should do what LoveGame failed, give her 3 no. 1s. By the way Hung Up is completed. Check it out!! Its one of my best creations. --Legolas (talk2me) 06:18, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

At present im caught in a little retro mood, listening to "Thriller", "Hung Up" and "ABBA". Amongst the newbies, I love Keri Hilson's "Knock You Down", still loving Taylor Swift's "Love Story" and of course Gaga is always there. I still haven't listened to "I Gotta Feeling" and Mariah's new track "Obsessed". --Legolas (talk2me) 06:38, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Gaga...

Hey, please become familiar with this article musician. I am still to nominate the article. Sad to hear of MJ's death, I almost cried. Bad Mj jokes
