Opus Group Berhad, formerly Opus International Group PLC (MYX: 3549) is the corporate holding company for several companies operating under the Opus brand name in several countries:

  • Opus International Consultants, NZ — Highway Asset Development and Maintenance, Architecture, Structural Design, Infrastructure Development and Asset Management, Water Management and Environmental Planning.

  • Opus International Consultants, Canada.
  • Opus International Consultants, Australia.

Corporate Information

Opus Group Berhad is a company offering asset development and asset management services. Until 2003, the Group was known as Kinta Kellas plc, but in 2003 the group underwent a change of name and rebranded itself as Opus International Group plc.

The Opus Group Berhad wholly owns Opus International Consultants Ltd., a consultancy providing civil engineering, architecture, asset management and environmental planning services. Opus International Consultants Ltd operates primarily in New Zealand, but also works in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Sri Lanka.

Opus International Malaysia primarily operates in Malaysia.

Opus Group Berhad holds a 70% shareholding of the Noi Bai Development Corporation Limited, the operator of the Noi Bai Industrial Zone in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Opus Group Berhad is a subsidiary of UEM Group Berhad. The official website address is www.opusbhd.com.
