"A minibus is a motor vehicle that is designed to [what?] fewer people than a full-size bus."

Probably should be "house" or "hold", "transport" fewer people. There is a word missing here.

Microbus

Is a minibus also known as a microbus? If not, then Microbus should redirect to the VW Microbus.--RLent (talk) 15:20, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is a disambiguation header for Microbus, it doen't look like anyone has been overly concerned over it pointing here since November 2007: [1]. I'm not fussed, Google Image search for microbus produces mostly VW's. MickMacNee (talk) 16:29, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Converted minibuses are NOT sometimes known as 'factory models', whoever wrote this knows nothing at all about minibuses. The key word here is "converted" or "Conversion" which means that the vehicle has been changed from its original use. Usually, the original use is a Van which is then converted by another company into a minibus. Factory Minibuses are usually very limited in the number of seating configurations and options and are not usually altered once they have left the manufacturers factory. They tend to be cheaper than Converted minibuses because of the limited number of seating and conversion options.
