Ras Malai is a Indian sweet dish invented in Eastern India [citation needed].

Ingredients

Ras malai consists of sugary, cream to yellow-colored balls (or flattened balls) of paneer soaked in malai (clotted cream).[1]

Origin

Rasmalai originated in eastern India (Orissa, West Bengal) and Bangladesh.[2]
