KeyHoleTV is an online free television portal that links to Japanese television channels, radio stations, and user-made channels. KeyHoleTV is part of a project by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs testing out P2P (peer to peer) technology.[1] However, KeyHoleTV only has a very limited selection of channels, such as TV Asahi, Fuji TV, TBS, TV Tokyo, and Japan TV. Most are analog and some of the applied channels are password protected.

KeyHoleVideo

KeyHoleVideo is a program that functions very similar to KeyHoleTV. The main difference is that anyone with audio/video capture hardware can broadcast their own feed. However, this may cause copyright issues in the future. Other various options like quality control and PiP (for the broadcaster's feed) have been added. This allows broadcasters to watch as they upload, while maintaining a consistent stream.
