City or Met district?

Is this template supposed to be for the City of Leeds metropolitan district (in which case it ought to include Otley and probably some more) or the city of Leeds (in which case it shouldn't include Wetherby, Pudsey, Garforth...)? PamD (talk) 19:41, 24 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
