Canada women's national softball team has competed in the 2008 Summer Olympic Games along with preceding Summer Olympic Games since the sport was first introduced at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.. All of their players are amateurs; none of them have a professional softball background.
