It's still wrong. The 9/11 Commission simply noted that the design places an unusual amount of the load-bearing capacity of the building on the perimeter for a building of this size, with a clear span to the core columns. Normally, there'd be another row of columns between the core and the outside. They put it a bit plainly there, but you're not saying what the commission report says. Please reconsider.
