Hey, E.T.
Hey, E.T. is a novelty single by Dickie Goodman released in 1982.
The record is a parody of the Steven Spielberg film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Though the record was a flop, it gained considerable airplay on the syndicated radio show Dr. Demento. It also prompted Rhino Records to issue a compilation LP called "Dickie Goodman's Greatest Hits". However, the single did not appear on the album. It later appeared on Goodman's estate-issued "Greatest Fables".
