Moved Page

Hi Blanchardb, Thank you for moving the page. User: Bci2

Ego

Can you please do something with that user? He or she vandalizes my user page with rude remarks. Charmed36 (talk) 02:25, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Already blocked. Since the user is editing anonymously from an IP that may or may not be dynamically allocated, we can't do much more than that for the time being. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 02:40, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Why did you welcome this user? Homophobia shouldn't be welcome at Wikipedia. A warning (level 2 or higher) seemed more appropriate to me. Woodwalker (talk) 09:11, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You want to talk to the makers of Huggle here. But before you do, I suggest you read about instruction creep. Huggle is a single-click revert-and-warn tool. If a user ceases and desists after a single warning, the goals of the software have been attained. If not, then what's one more revert before blocking? -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 11:57, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for your kind reply. You're right, it's not a big concern. I just wondered, also cause I don't have a lot of experience in dealing with vandals. Best regards, Woodwalker (talk) 15:08, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Go Ahead

Rufat

What's the deal with the Rufat page I created? GatorSlayerFSU (talk) 15:42, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How does this person meet any of the criteria laid out here? The article doesn't say. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 15:44, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He's a rapper , with and album out in stores in Northern Florida (and in the North FL region) who has been on talk shows and radio shows , including in NYC. GatorSlayerFSU (talk) 15:47, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

None of these are among the criteria I pointed to you. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 15:50, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Don't think, it is correct first to set a deletion announcement fo a week an then a few minutes later speedy deletion. You gave it a redirct to Herman Simon (Autor). This shows me, that you didn't take your time to read it seriously. To give you a cance to do it now, i reseted your deleting. Please watch this things: The sources, other references, and the link German Wikipedia. -- Tasma3197 (talk) 16:26, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Huntington Learning Center

I've done a rewrite of Huntington Learning Center. While I still agree that better sourcing is needed, I think that cleanup and improvement is the appropriate step, not deletion, so I've deprodded it. If you see something glaring that the page needs right now, please point it out on the talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 16:38, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've seen that, and I had already removed the article from my watchlist of prodded articles by the time I got your note. Thanks. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 16:43, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Crucifixtion Article

You deleted my addition of Japan as a country that practiced crucifixtion. If you read lower in the article, there is a section on this with references and even a picture. Also check out the article Martyrs of Japan. Please revert your deletion. Thanks. 122.1.97.94 (talk) 02:45, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
