Sick is the second studio album by Duff McKagan's Loaded, released via Century Media on April 7, 2009, following the EP Wasted Heart from 2008. It was first released on March 20, 2009 in the Netherlands.

Sick is the follow up to 2001's Dark Days, and is the band's first full-length album since reuniting in 2008.

The album was released via Century Media as a standard CD, Limited Edition Digipak, Vinyl, and Digital Download. The digipak includes a DVD featuring live content, recorded at The Garage in Glasgow on September 22, 2008.

The album features 4 tracks previously released on the Wasted Heart EP: "Sleaze Factory", "IOU", "No More" and "Wasted Heart" which appears here in an electric version as opposed to the acoustic version on the EP

The album entered the Billboard Heatseakers Chart at #43.
