Hehe, I canceled the whole thing, so it was just me and Mrs. Drmies, enjoying a good, hard-fought game. Hey, I looked on the fridge today, and saw we still have TWO more games before the big one--I thought the Iron Bowl was next week already... Do you think we'll be more ready for Florida than last year? Drmies (talk) 01:53, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It all depends on McElroy. If he decides to show up, it will be a game. The D can only do so much...and Ingram is a beast, but he is only one man. There's a reason that a side is made up of eleven men. The talent's there, the coaching's there...I can't wait :) Tiderolls 02:35, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nezzadar's Rabbit of Appreciation
Much like rabbits, vandals occur in large numbers and are considered by some to be a nuisance. However while rabbits are cute, vandals are not. For defending my user page from a vandal, and possibly also blocking said vandal, I give you "Nezzadar's Rabbit of Appreciation". Take this random award featuring an image of an adorable mammal, and let it be a sign to others that you fight the good fight. From your completely insane friend,   Nezzadar   .

As ridiculous as the edits to that page may be, they are in fact true. Someone wants to register a new account on this IP

Blurb: One of my teachers, which appears to be my counselor, wants to sign up for Wikipedia. Do you authorize this message?

On a somewhat unrelated note, I always wanted to create a school group of Wikipedia accounts, so that I, the principal, and other members of Sekolah High/Scope Indonesia (in which is enlisted in the IP address as HIGH SCHOOL INDONESIA) are watched around, and that I and the school principal can watch any projects being done on Wikipedia related to their school projects, and watch out for any vandalism occured. How can I do this?

Heh, BTW, allegedly, I'm the first of all the High/Scopers to have a Wikipedia account! ----Boeing7107isdelicious|Sprich mit meine Piloten 10:35, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Authorize? I have no power to authorize anything, sad to say. I think it's permissible for different users to register different accounts on a single IP. As for your school proposal, check out Wikipedia:School and university projects. Hopefully, there is some useful information for you on that page. Congrats on your pioneer status :) Good luck Tiderolls 11:21, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks :). BTW, I discussed this with my principal and she authorizes me to propose this idea, after being discussed thorougly first thing in the morning, or after school. I will write a proposal of the project to the principal. ----Boeing7107isdelicious|Sprich mit meine Piloten 14:32, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Tide rolls. No, you didn't make a mistake in warning 68.84.89.141. I remember redacting the warning because I thought they were removing vandalism but..., well, obviously they weren't. That was a serious error on my part - Thanks for letting me know Tide. -FASTILY (TALK) 03:47, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the cookies :) Please understand that I was not trying to call you on an error. I thought there may be extenuating circumstances that I wasn't seeing. Thanks for all your efforts on RC. See ya 'round Tiderolls 03:52, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Accident?

Hi! Please see this. Is it an accident? What do you think? Regards.

Hello. Are you asking if my warning was an accident? If so, my answer would be no. I was watching recent changes and saw this edit. I reverted and warned the user because the edit appeared to be vandalism. If my response doesn't answer your concerns please let me know. Thanks Tiderolls 05:25, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oops. I forgot to sign. It's Oda Mari. I mean that your edit erased my warning. Oda Mari (talk) 05:28, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Wow. I didn't even notice that my warning replaced yours. It was definitely a glitch. My edit was made by an automated tool so I never saw the user's talk page. If you see the need you can contact some folks here to report the problem. I think it may be a Wikipedia server anomaly, though, and I'm sure it's beyond my technical abilities to understand. Apologies for any inconvenience. Regards Tiderolls 05:35, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I see. I'll ask it on the Huggle page. Happy editing! Oda Mari (talk) 05:45, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Huggle

Hey there, as you may have noticed, I am having problems with Huggle. I'm going to restart it - but should I do anything else? I don't know what to bug report so... --Addihockey (t/c) 17:29, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Being technically challenged myself I would be hard pressed to advise you on reporting bugs. If you think it is important, then I'd say mention it here. Good luck Tiderolls 17:33, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. It's very minor, it's the first time it's happened... if it happens again I'll take it to the Huggle bug report page. Thanks for the advice! --Addihockey (t/c) 17:37, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WCLX Page

Hello Tide rolls. I am the owner and FCC licensee of WCLX(FM) in Westport, NY (confirmation available from FCC website.) I recently had to dismiss two people (Russell Kinsley and Diane Desmond) who have now decided to take "revenge" by repeatedly vandalizing the WCLX Wikipedia page. I put up a warning, which was deleted, so I deleted all the info rather than allow their childish edits to remain. I would just as soon have the page disappear, as I don't care if we're on Wikipedia. However, I do not have time to keep undoing their childish edits. (Note that they may be having a friend make the actual edits.)

Petertripp (talk) 18:32, 14 November 2009 (UTC)Dennis Jackson (Petertripp)[reply]

I can understand how that situation could cause frustration. Allow me to point out a couple of things; if your claims of ownership are true, you should be aware of this guideline. There are instances where editing from one in your position is not only allowed but encouraged. The first step towards this end would be proving your identity. Also, extensive vandalism is not a cause for article deletion. Page blanking is definitely not a solution; it could be construed as vandalism and in any case is disruptive. You can learn more about the deletion process here. As for the vandalism, I will add this article to my watchlist which I check daily. Please feel free to contact me if you should need more information. Regards Tiderolls 22:31, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I apologise for the accidental warning and the revert. I accidentally went to revert the vandal a couple seconds after you made the revert. Very sorry. --Meaghan guess who :) 14:58, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No worries, I've done the same myself. Huggle should've warned you about reverting a whitelisted user, but I've seen this glitch before. I knew it was an accident and saw you undo the revert. Let's hope I'm not the next one that messes up :) Tiderolls 15:01, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of edit on the NCIC

Thanks a lot for removing the information from the NCIC page. My grandfather was the creator. I demand he be recognized as such. I know it may not be your intention, but I am very upset over the fact that he is not recognized.

Good day.
