"I Invented Sex", featuring Drake, was released as the fourth single and peaked at number 42 in the United States. The song also became his first single to top the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
"Say Aah", featuring Fabolous, was released as the fifth single and peaked at number 12 in the United States.
"Neighbors Know My Name" was released as the sixth single, and current peaks at number 32 in the United States R&B chart.

The album debuted on the Billboard 200 chart at #3, with 131,000 copies sold in its first week. This is Trey Songz highest charting album to date, as well as his first album to sell over 100,000 copies in its first week. His last album, Trey Day peaked at #11, with 73,000 copies in its opening week. Ready has sold over 521,500 copies as off February 17, 2010.[13]
