An IP and two accounts whose sole purpose in life seems to be to add surplus information to a DAB page, Thirteenth Amendment, usually ungrammatically, with increasingly annoying edit summaries - lastly mentioning 3RR which of course sockpuppetry neatly sidesteps. - both users tried to warn this user not to vandalize, instead of talking about the problem on the talk page, johnblackburne is violating rules 24/7by 3rr and posting here.

- this individual john blackburne is reverting basic facts on the 13th amendement saying its too much info & providing bogus link to support his claims, i suggest john blackburne to be punished for violations of basic rules & basic logic!
- I added fact on 1865, he did not like that, it's clear this guy is trying to become administrator, blocking me, i dont care if that happens, but users need to look at this individual's real motivations.
