flj529. Yep, that's me!

"FLJ" stands for "Fred L. Jones", which is a meaningless pseudonym I borrowed from an old friend. "529" is the square of the number 23, which is another reference I acquired through another old friend of mine (and originates in the writings of Robert Anton Wilson and William S. Burroughs: see 23 Enigma)

FLJ529 the person is an American-born computer engineer, born in California, raised in S. Florida, schooled (uni-level) in N. Florida, worked primarily as a computer geek (as well as musician, roadie, planetarium operator, taxi driver, pool cleaner, cook, dishwasher, and department store stock boy), cultivared a wide variety of personal skills and interests (e.g. music, hardware and software geekery, games (e.g. chess, go, RPGs), martial arts (primarily Aikido), snow skiing, hiking), moved to Tokyo, Japan (twice) and lived and worked there for a total of 10 years. Recently moved to and presently living in Singapore.
