Tom Kaulitz

Tom Kaulitz (born 1 September 1989 in Leipzig, East Germany) is a German musician, best known as the guitarist for Tokio Hotel. His twin brother Bill Kaulitz is the vocalist for the band.

Beginning of Music Career

Kaulitz was influenced to start playing the guitar by his stepfather, who is formerly of the German band Fatun. He began learning to play when he was seven years old and by the time he was 13, he was playing in clubs around Leipzig and Magdeburg.
