I'm a CNA attending nursing school at Aquinas College with plans to become an acute care nurse practitioner. I spend my summers in Africa -- Ghana is my second home. I work for the Volta School for the Mentally Challenged in Kledjo, which is right outside of Hohoe. Before going into nursing school, I studied Japanese, East Asian Studies and History at Bennington College and Wittenberg University.

I live in Brentwood, Tennessee with my parents, younger sister, five domestic cats, a Golden Retriever, and a Llewellin Setter. My Golden Retriever, Bellamy, is a therapy dog. In my spare time, I enjoy taking photographs of people and animals -- nonliving things are very uninteresting to me! My photographs can be found on my Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ahstillwell

Most articles that I edit have to do with Ghana, nursing or domestic animals. I've started two articles, Cytauxzoonosis and Carte Jaune, and have majorly edited others such as Bedsores.
