File copyright problem with File:ChuckEasttom.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:ChuckEasttom.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. 72.88.75.189 (talk) 15:46, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Chuck Easttom, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chuck Easttom (2nd nomination). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 23:37, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Chuck Easttom, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 23:39, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your article is still in the Google cache

Hi Willbennett. Your article is, at the time of posting this message, still available in the Google cache --Epipelagic (talk) 07:13, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

1. As soon as I added the 'hang on' then the entire article is gone? Also this does not explain why it would be deleted THE SAME DAY as the deletion request was made. That does not give time for anyone to respondWillbennett2007 (talk) 14:28, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You should know that your combative attitude does not help the entire situation (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 15:54, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me? I work very hard and make a well sourced article then it is deleted in a single day without me even having a chance to respond, and you expect me to not be a bit upset? Then you make patently absurd and frankly misleading statements about my article. I posted about 30 sources...ONE WAS A BLOG, and you state that I used 'blogs as sources'. That is disingenuous. So I would say your dishonesty is not helping the entire situationWillbennett2007 (talk) 16:08, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
