Autopatrolled (add request)

I've created many articles during my 5 year+ stint on Wikipedia and think I can be trusted to create content that conforms with policy and guidelines. Cavie78 (talk) 14:25, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In this wiki, my usual task is to put interwikis in articles. I wish to have this right for this. Francisco talk contrib 16:50, 8 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not done With nil article creations to your credit on the English Wikipedia, I should recommend that you first read Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. In case, after you have read Wikipedia:Autopatrolled, you believe that you should still qualify for this right, do kindly provide the reasoning. Thanks and regards. Wifione ....... Has created 100+ articles on football players; found on New page patrol minutes ago. Slgrandson (How's my egg-throwing coleslaw?) 13:07, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Done In general, the articles aren't great, too many read "X is an Y football player. He has played for Y national team."... but there's over 4,000 of the things, and they meet requirements with one source. If we ever decide to bring football notability up, even a bit, most of these would go... but until we do, this wastes a lot of NPP time, so I've flagged him. I have been on Wikipedia for nearly more than 3 years now. Contributed a lot to antivandalism, and to the commons via my cartography. Well aware of WP policy. I was also granted reviewer rights without asking for them. Amog | Talkcontribs 20:01, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Allrighty. My reason for applying was because one of the few articles I did create, was CSD'd in under five minutes. I assumed I could be trusted enough to make pages without this happening. - Amog | Talkcontribs 20:31, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I don't create an awful lot of new articles, but I have made about 100 of them in my 5+ years here, under this name and my original one, User:Ed Fitzgerald. It would certainly be a convenience to have this right. Beyond My Ken (talk) 08:14, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
