Same behavioral profile as banned user Mywayyy, who was indef-blocked for edit-warring back in 2006, then conducted a massive socking campaign for several months, and has been back with occasional revert-warring socks ever since. Editing profile is a conspicuous combination of the following interests:

edit-warring to remove Turkish or Bulgarian placenames from Greek location articles (M.: [1][2], A.: [3][4];
macroeconomics, especially the concepts of "human development index ([5][6]) and "developed country" ([7][8][9][10])
telecommunication ([11], [12] [13]).
