Where's Fluffy?

Thrash metal

I love "Breadfan" (it has one of the best riffs ever in heavy metal), but with that long slow section in the middle does it really count as thrash?

RUSH =

Bastille Day by Rush has not the same riff. I've just listened to the song. Its not even similar.
