[edit]I'm a hypertext researcher, and have performed some published experiments with Wikipedia as a dataset:
- Hyperstructure Maintenance Costs in Large-scale Wikis—Includes a study of types of edits made to Wikipedia, and how that varies with user activity. Looks to richer hypermedia to reduce manual workload.
- Studies on Editing Patterns in Large-scale Wikis—Expands the above with user studies on how editors solve tasks.
